CCL Universal Rail is the trading name of the formal joining together of the CCL Rail and Universal Leader brands.  CCL formed by Clive Jackson and Robert Thrower in 1997 has successfully delivered innovative, quality solutions across a range of global projects for rail operations and maintenance management.

The Universal Leader brand formed in 2008 added a further range of project and programme management to enhance and develop the skills of leaders.
